As Program Manager IV, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of your assigned area, working to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. You will develop and manage systems and procedures that directly impact the caregiver experience. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting caregiver well-being—fostering a culture of compassion, collaboration, and resilience.
You will be responsible for Center of Excellence (COE) work around Caregiver Well-Being, with a focus on supporting Nursing and Florida caregivers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at critical thinking, and is deeply committed to uplifting and empowering their fellow caregivers.
A caregiver in this position works 8:00am—5:00pm and is willing to work on-site at Administrative Campus 5 days a week, w/ flexibility to travel to other sites if needed.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Attend on-site meetings and participate in hospital rounding independently or collaboratively
Educate leaders and staff on well-being initiatives and other relevant programs.
Identify gaps in current practices and contribute to the development of new programs.
Facilitate clear communication between teams and stakeholders across functions.
Collaborate across matrixed organizational structures.
Support ongoing workstreams within the well-being and engagement domain.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
6 years of related experience
OR Master’s Degree may substitute 1 year of experience
Comfortable working independently and in dynamic clinical or hospital environments
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and educating others at various levels (especially leadership)
Experienced in program or project management, especially in environments with matrix structures
Can facilitate meetings, drive initiatives, and communicate clearly
Can influence without direct authority
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
