We are seeking a Program Manager BGSG Strategy Office (m/w/d) starting on 01.09.2025. The role’s mandate is to craft BGSG strategy (technological & business) together with the GM & senior leadership team, drive strategic and operative initiatives of the organization including its execution, deployment, monitoring and control. 

Job DescriptionThe “Program Manager BGSG Strategy Office” (m/w/d) is a high-visible, high-impact strategic role that supports BGSG/GM with effective decision-making and execution of strategic initiativesCollaborate with senior leadership team to understand and finalize strategic objectives and come up with actionable initiativesDriving the initiatives through a systematic project management process to meet the agreed deliverables on time and on budgetLead cross functional teams which are not directly reporting to achieve common objectivesFoster collaboration and communication across the teams to ensure the alignment of the strategic plan, actions and the expected outcomesMonitor and control the progress of the different initiatives through appropriate KPIs & KRAsEarly risk identification and implementation the necessary management/mitigation measuresEncourage a culture of continuous improvement across the teamsEnsure transparent communication across the teams and status presentation to the senior managementThe role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on BGSG strategy deployment and initiativesLead & Run Agenda and Cadence for leadership meetings and leadership strategy workshopsTrack high priority initiatives, identify any/potential obstacles and opportunities; provide analysis, recommendations, and options regarding high impact decisions to GMPartnering with the corresponding counterparts in the other group organizations (BGSW, Bosch GmbH) and drawing synergies in similar strategic program

QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, management; a engineering qualification would be an added advantageProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus. Proficient in project management tools and software’sProven experience for 5-8 years in leading cross functional projects and/or programs with a focus on corporate projects or strategy deploymentCan do attitude and a high result orientationStrong understanding of strategic planning, change management and execution processesStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesExcellent team management skills especially when the teams are not directly reportingExceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilitiesConversational German skillsAnalytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decision

Time working onsite: 80%
Time working remote: 20%

The contract will be a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
