Job Description Summary

The Program Manager is responsible to create and maintain a centralized management structure for a group of cross-functional projects across an organization, aimed at ensuring standardization, reducing duplication and leveraging resources such as people, technology, and communication.

About the Role:

Defines and standardizes project management practices across EMEA and APAC, driving consistency and efficiency through repeatable execution models.Leads project initiation with Transaction Management, developing scopes, charters, plans, resourcing, governance, and process gates.Oversees regional project delivery via local contractors, managing RFPs, contracts, vendor coordination, and performance reporting.Serves as the primary regional point of contact and escalation for clients and stakeholders, providing clear status, risk, and forecast communications.Directs and supports multiple project managers, ensuring process compliance, cross‑functional integration, quality assurance, and recovery planning when needed.

About You:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university.  Minimum four years of related experience. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.

Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

Strong process skills, negotiating, decision-making and analytical skills are necessary.  Demonstrated ability in project management processes, tools and techniques.

Ability to build and maintain effective professional/client relationships. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.
