Job Description Insight Global is seeking to hire a Program Manager with a concentration in AI powered tooling or design systems experience. The Program Manager will be aligned to an AI team focused to deliver 8 AI tools that will help drive efficiencies within the internal design system team. This person will oversee timelines and deliverables for the 8 different tools being developed. The team will be a total of 12 people and this role will work directly with a Director and Scrum Master. Candidates should be proactive, good at debugging issues, and have a solution based approach when roadblocks are hit. On a day to day basis candidates will mange documentation and delivery timelines, manage project scope in Jira, be able to clear administrative blocks and drive at efficiencies across development and delivery stages. Candidates should have a background in supporting multiple small projects at once, and understand how to track and navigate dependencies across projects. Being able to identify problems and security dependencies within AWS will also be an important part of the role. Candidates should expect to work with multiple stakeholders, handle presentations and deliver updates to teams involved in the work. Skills and Requirements 7+ years of experience in a Program Management or Project Management role Experience tracking and identifying security dependencies within a program Hands on experience with Jira for project tracking AWS Knowledge Proactive and great communication to network across stakeholders Solution based problem solving - ability to clear administrative blockers Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks at once Experience working in a Design System or within an Experience Design team Generative AI experience Figma experience
