In this role, you will provide leadership across cross-functional teams within large-scale programs, supporting Scrum Masters and teams in building a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Working closely with Product Managers and supply chain leaders, you will embed agile practices to enable lean and effective execution. You will also design global training programs, build knowledge-sharing networks, and champion best practices.
