This position is primarily focused on automation, process improvement, and providing operational support to Account Managers during a period of reduced team size and increased demand. The role plays a crucial part in advancing automation initiatives and supporting the team as they continue to build and scale solutions.
Responsibilities
Drive automation and AI initiatives with a focus on defined metrics and progress.Experiment with, test, and implement new tools to enhance automation.Optimize and automate manual workflows, maintaining organized lists of processes needing improvement.Provide hands-on tactical support by resolving tickets, navigating systems, and troubleshooting issues.Pull and analyze data to support day-to-day operations.Support Account Managers by developing tracking mechanisms and monitoring account health and performance.Manage cross-functional relationships and collaborate on system solutions.Identify process improvements and streamline processes by writing and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Attend team meetings and collaborate with Account Managers to enhance return services.Essential Skills
2-4 years of experience in project management and SOP writing and revision.Strong writing skills with the ability to document processes effectively.Experience in account or program management with a focus on customer service and leadership abilities.Analytical mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.3-7 years of experience in the field or a related area.Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and able to adapt quickly.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience with Retail or Devices background is highly preferred.Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid work environment based in Seattle, requiring a minimum of two days onsite. The initial contract is for 12 months, with a focus on supporting returns and remanufacturing in a B2B space. The culture emphasizes team cohesion, with interactions among 5 account managers and 10-15 coworkers. Training will be SOP-based, with a comprehensive onboarding plan.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $53.00/hr.
