**Job Description:** **Business Consultant - Program Manager** Day-to-Day Responsibilities + Oversee and programmanage a large, strategic M&A initiative. + Lead multiple crossfunctional project teams to ensure endtoend delivery across the M&A program. + Manage SIT and UAT schedules across domains, ensuring alignment and timely execution. + Develop detailed project execution plans and schedules in collaboration with key stakeholders. + Oversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. + Monitor project performance, track changes, and address issues proactively. + Manage risks, issues, decisions, and assumptions throughout the program lifecycle. + Establish and maintain a structured communication plan and cadence for the program. + Coordinate with diverse functional and business teams to ensure alignment with program objectives. + Manage resource onboarding, offboarding, and allocation across project teams. + Prepare tollgate schedules and deliver regular status updates. + Lead M&A separation cutover activities and drive the overall communication strategy. **Basic Qualifications** + 10+ years of experience in IT. + 10+ years of program management and project execution experience. + 5+ years of Scaled Agile experience. + 5+ years of experience managing Customer and Commercial applications. + 2+ years of experience managing large M&A programs. + 3+ years of experience overseeing budgets and financials for large M&A initiatives. + Strong domain expertise in Commerce, Pricing, Sales, and Service. + Excellent analytical and communication skills. **Nice to Have** + Strong problemsolving abilities and analytical/critical thinking skills. + Experience managing stakeholders and crossfunctional project teams. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
