Program Manager
Job Title: Program ManagerJob Description We are seeking a Program Manager Tech 2 to design, develop, and support a suite of Power Platform-based solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports, for the Talent Acquisition and HR Operation group. Responsibilities + Collaborate with stakeholders to thoroughly understand business objectives and convert these into comprehensive program requirements and technical specifications. + Design, implement, and deliver reporting solutions utilizing Power BI. + Conduct data analysis and provide troubleshooting support for user inquiries and issues. + Facilitate user education and training. + Participate in daily stand-ups between 8 to 11 AM PST to review progress, address blockers, and share updates. + Respond to help tickets from users. Essential Skills + Program management + Project management + Power BI + Data visualization + Data analysis + SQL + HR data + Fabric + Power Apps (3+ years) + Power Automate Flow (3+ years) + Power BI (1+ year) Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in reporting design, development, and maintenance + Understanding of best practices for data visualization + Proficiency in Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), including measures, calculated columns, and tables + Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio and Structured Query Language + Experience with Power Platform and related applications + Experience with Fabric + Familiarity with HR data + Experience collaborating with talent acquisition Work Environment The role offers a remote work environment, providing the opportunity to work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with the latest features and support. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $68.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
