Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in facilities management, program management, or related discipline. Demonstrated presence with clear, confident delivery in front of C-suite and board-level audiences. Strong knowledge of facilities operations, construction management, project management, real estate, and asset management. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. PMP or similar certification is a plus
