The Program Manager is a proactive and customer-focused position who oversees strategic aerospace programs and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role will act as the primary liaison between Shultz Steel and its aerospace clients, managing program execution, from order intake through delivery, while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned aerospace customers, managing all aspects of program lifecycle from cradle to grave. LOB ( line of Balances), Preparation of PRA’s (Production Readiness Assessment), etc.Coordinate internal teams (engineering, production, quality, logistics) to meet customer requirements and delivery schedulesMonitor program performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery and quality complianceLead customer reviews, contract negotiations, and change management processesMaintain accurate documentation and reporting for program milestones, KPIs, and customer communicationsCollaborate with sales and technical teams to support new business opportunities and program expansionsChampion customer advocacy and drive resolution of issues with urgency and transparencyOther duties and projects assignedRequired Skills:
