Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to join an existing Infrastructure Delivery Team. This role will focus on standardizing project management practices, guiding project teams, and ensuring programs and projects align with strategic organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile methodologies, financial tracking, and resource planning, with prior banking or large enterprise project management experience considered a plus. Implement and standardize Agile project management practices across teams. Provide support, guidance, and training to project teams to ensure consistent delivery. Track program and project progress, identifying risks and issues, and escalate as needed. Deliver regular reports and updates to key stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes. Ensure programs and projects are aligned with the strategic goals of the Infrastructure Delivery Team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and capital planning. Oversee financial tracking, resource planning, and capital tracking to ensure projects remain within budget. Skills and Requirements Fluency with Agile project management practices. Strong ability to standardize and implement project management best practices. Experience providing training, guidance, and support to project teams. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau for reporting and visualization. Experience with financial management, resource planning, and capital tracking. Strong communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders and leadership. Prior banking industry experience. 5+ years of project management experience in large-scale enterprise environments. Familiarity with infrastructure delivery and enterprise IT programs.
