The Opportunity:
 

CACI is seeking a Program Manager who has the expertise to manage a large Peoplesoft HCM development and modernization contract leveraging Agile methodology, processes, and metrics. You will work with and manage a large technical team to include matrixed staff including subcontractors for a major Intelligence Community transformation and integration program utilizing PSFT Core HR and Time & Labor, with the possibility of integrating AI/Chatbots, Payroll, and other PSFT modules in the future. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the contract, to include schedule, costs, quality, software and CDRLs, services, and day-to-day customer interactions. You will focus on the full program to ensure all contract objectives, deliverables, and requirements are completed and met on cost and schedule; and, with appropriate levels of quality. The work spans development through system integration test, user acceptance test, and deployment; run and maintain of infrastructure and associated IT Operations, Cyber, configuration management, and change management. Also in this role, it is your responsibility to hire and staff the program to meet all contractual objectives at acceptable quality within cost and schedule.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to ensure the program meets all key performance parameters and achieves all established organizational objectivesResponsible for all work performance associated with contract and will have full authority to act on all matters relating to daily operation of the contract.Interface with Government and other stakeholder customers, represent CACI in project-related meetings and matters, and help to manage our overall partnership with the customer on this program.Create and maintain technical project schedules and track associated technical deliverablesEnsure each project deliverable meets customer operational and functional requirementsManage the overall performance, morale, and career development of the program team.Plan and manage multiple development and sustainment efforts in parallelPlan and manage development and integration to meet contractual requirements (including schedule and budget)Contribute to the continuous improvement of the programHelp establish and / or refine program processes to ensure efficient communications and management of the technical teams, leveraging tools and technology as appropriateIdentify and manage technical Performance and Management metrics that track progress against schedule and cost baselines for the program; maintain a “green” internal performance of the program and if it is not green, establish and execute return to green plans.Manage program to meet internal financial commitments Support all program related communications, e.g., internal team (e-mails, status calls, All Hands meetings, program reviews) and external stakeholders (status meetings, daily stand-up’s, increment planning, demonstrations, etc.)Prepare and conduct program reviews with CACI senior management and externally with the Customer leadership team to provide technical program status and related cost, schedule, and performanceSupport estimating levels of effort required to support technical program activities

Required: 

TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance is required to begin employment.Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field, or 10+ years of relevant management experienceExperience managing large, multi-functional project teams in a systems development environment.10+ years of IT program management in Federal, DoD, or Intelligence CommunityExperience managing comp

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$131,800 - $290,000
