Ultimately, you will be the driving force behind Danfoss' commercial turnaround, making a lasting impact on our business and contributing to Danfoss' overall success. **What You’ll Be Doing** As a Program Manager, you will be working very closely with the leadership team of Electric Heating and be responsible for driving the successful execution of key projects. This involves developing comprehensive project plans, proactively managing resources, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Specifically, you will: + Develop detailed project proposals and plans, defining timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, including work plans and staffing for project activities. + Proactively manage project resources and risks, engaging with sponsors and functional leaders to secure necessary support. + Drive project activities from concept to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient lifecycle. + Implement a comprehensive project communication plan, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed. + Review and approve work plans from external service providers, ensuring the currency, quality and integrity of project information and that project goals are achieved, all while motivating the team to work together effectively. **What We're Looking For** We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Program Manager to drive success in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you also have: + **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree (engineering, business, or related) and PMP certification (required), Agile/Scrum a plus.
