We are seeking a Program Manager II to join our team dedicated to building positive community impact by leveraging world-class logistics capabilities to increase community access to essential items. In this role, you will be part of a global team managing pro-bono transportation and donation routes throughout North America, ensuring our operations continue to deliver smiles to communities.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple nonprofit transportation and donation projects concurrently.Serve as a point of contact for external nonprofit partners, managing communications through email, IM, and other channels.Maintain data details and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce-based project workflows.Develop monthly data-driven narratives about the partners and projects you support.Identify, manage, and resolve logistics challenges, diving deep to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.Analyze program metrics and prepare reports to demonstrate impact and highlight areas for improvement.Task breakdown:
85% heads-down work The majority of the day is focused on independently managing donation and transportation projects. This includes scheduling and tracking nonprofit routes in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, resolving logistics issues as they arise, and preparing project updates or impact reports. Associates will also spend time drafting monthly narratives that highlight the stories behind the donations and demonstrate measurable community impact.10% meetings – Time is spent connecting with nonprofit partners, internal teams, and delivery stakeholders. These are typically check-ins to confirm project details, resolve challenges, or align on priorities.5% travel/participation at nonprofit events Occasionally, there may be opportunities to represent Local Good at partner events or community initiatives, reinforcing the mission-driven nature of the work. Additional expectations: The candidate must be available to work during holiday weeks (with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day) and will operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST) to align with nonprofit and internal partner schedules.Essential Skills
Bachelor's Degree3+ years of program management experience.Experience in managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.Tech experience is a huge plus!Strong project management background.Strong organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects/commitments at one time.Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop data-driven solutions.Experience in supply chain management, inventory systems, or logistics operations.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence senior leadership.Demonstrated success in building and maintaining partnerships with external organizations.Experience with corporate social responsibility initiatives or non-profit operations.Work Environment: This role is fully onsite in Bellevue, WA or Nashville, TN. It involves managing donation and transportation routes end-to-end in Salesforce and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. The work environment is dynamic, requiring flexibility and precision to ensure successful project execution.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
