Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Program Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO. Key Responsibilities: * Program Manager will oversee and manage the Fraud Program, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple project managers and a Scrum Master * Work closely with (Manager) and the leadership team to provide high-quality program updates and ensure deliverables meet executive standards * Develop, refine, and present program status reports that can be shared up to the GVP and VP level * Governance & Execution: Potentially take on governance responsibilities, ensure adherence to processes, and get in the weeds when needed-such as developing detailed project plans, tracking dependencies, and identifying impacted teams * As a Program Manager, you will act as a central point of coordination, chasing down PMs, ensuring alignment, and setting up key meetings to keep the program on track * Leverage strong presentation skills to effectively communicate program updates and risks to stakeholders * Navigate team dynamics and organizational politics with diplomacy and strategic awareness
