Our work depends on you, as Senior Program Manager, joining the Navy and Marine Corps Sector to lead a multi-disciplinary team of highly skilled individuals to provide solution engineering, server administration, configuration management (CM), infrastructure, applications development/operations support, and cybersecurity/Information Assurance (IA) support for Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES) projects.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will plan, direct, or coordinate operations, overseeing multiple projects. You will be the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort for TARCES. You will serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues. You will oversee all contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning, and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress. You will manage acquisition and employment of resources and finances and administrative aspects of the multiple simultaneous programs or projects with respect to the contract requirements. In this role, a typical day may include:
Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work, financial and business development activitiesSupervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluationSupervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluationResponsible for profitability and revenue growth of assigned program(s)Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visitsPerforms business development activities at all stages, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposalsPerforms program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancementCoordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and financesDevelops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documentsPrepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requestedEnsures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standardsWHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Possess and maintain a DoD Top Secret (TS) clearance with Special Compartmentalized Information (SCI) eligibilityAbility to obtain a Department of Defense Common Access CardTravel 10-25%REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ten (10) years or more experience in Program/Project Management. Within those ten (10) years of experience you must have concurrentEight (8) years of experience in planning, organization, directing, and controlling at least 2 concurrent projects.Five (5) years of management and supervisory experience.Master’s degree in engineering, technical, business, or computer science or information technology discipline.Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification.LOCATION: St. Inigoes, MD
