This role involves overseeing and managing aerospace manufacturing sales programs from initial lead generation through to the final sale and delivery. You will develop and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals and customer requirements while serving as the primary point of contact for key customers to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage aerospace manufacturing sales programs.Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure seamless and timely execution of sales programs.Lead the preparation of accurate sales forecasts and report sales activities to senior leadership.Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with customers.Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and align strategies with current market conditions.Lead and mentor a sales team to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure program success.Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations and quality standards.
Essential SkillsMinimum of 7 years of experience in sales within the aerospace manufacturing industry.At least 3 years in a leadership or program management role.Proven success in managing sales programs and customer relationships.Experience in program management, manufacturing process, supply chain management, and business development.
Additional Skills & QualificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) or Six Sigma certifications are desirable.Familiarity with industry certifications such as AS9100, ISO 9001.Experience with SAP, ERP systems, and proficiency in Excel for data management.Ability to handle administrative aspects of the job.
Work Environment
The role is onsite in Woodinville, WA, with flexible hours regarding start and end times. The team is close-knit, hands-on, and allows autonomy to work independently. There is an opportunity to manage a large portfolio of approximately 30 customer accounts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $63.00/hr.
