Job Description A telecom customer is launching a new team dedicated to elevating application quality and customer experience. - As a Senior IT Program Manager, you will lead and manage complex, enterprise-wide IT programs that support this initiative. - You’ll oversee multiple interrelated projects focused on quality assurance, in-depth analysis, and site reliability engineering (SRE), ensuring applications are defect-free and aligned with the voice of the customer before deployment and testing. - Lead the delivery of large-scale IT programs supporting Charter’s new Quality-focused team. - Align program goals with organizational strategy, emphasizing customer-centric outcomes and application excellence. - Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, schedules, and success metrics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, SRE, and analytics to ensure applications meet high standards of quality and reliability. - Champion initiatives that represent the voice of the customer in application development and testing. - Drive defect prevention strategies and ensure thorough analysis is conducted prior to deployment. - Facilitate communication across project teams, leadership, and stakeholders. - Build and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution. - Track expenditures and provide financial reporting to stakeholders. - Can pay $55-60/h We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - 5–10 years of experience in IT program or project management, preferably in enterprise environments. - Proven success managing complex programs with a focus on quality, reliability, and customer experience. - Great presentation and PowerPoint skills - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) - Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, and strategic alignment. - Experience leading a new team from inception - PMP - Previous telecom experience - Experience working with QA, SRE, and analytics teams is highly desirable.
