Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager with a strong background in program planning, strategic road mapping, and executive-level communication. The ideal candidate will bring a consulting-oriented mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate as a true driver-delivering results with minimal oversight. This role is highly visible, requiring strong presentation and risk management capabilities. Telecom experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities: * Build and maintain program-level roadmaps and strategic plans for large-scale technology initiatives * Develop and manage program artifacts including governance frameworks, budgets, resourcing plans, and executive status updates * Present program progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders * Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues; Manage escalation when necessary * Facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams and drive alignment with business objectives * Manage change requests, assess impact, and update plans, presentations, and stakeholder communications accordingly * Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers, business analysts, and QA team members to ensure accountability and collaboration * Adapt program management approach to fit Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as needed
