**Job Summary**
The Program Manager - Data Centers is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless delivery across our rapidly growing data center business. This individual will serve as the primary customer-facing program lead, driving on-time sample delivery, managing new product development (NPD) project execution, and overseeing new item/customer onboarding. They will coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales to align priorities and communicate customer schedules clearly.
This role is critical to enabling our company to meet customer expectations, scale with demand, and strengthen our reputation in the high-growth data center market.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Function as the primary point of contact for program-related communications with data center customers.
+ Project manage all NPD initiatives related to data center accounts, ensuring milestones are met.
+ Manage tradeshow logistics, taking into consideration samples, shipping displays, sales collateral, timing, and Schedules.
+ Oversee sample requests from order through delivery, ensuring customer requirements are achieved.
+ Coordinate new item and new customer setups, ensuring accuracy and speed in onboarding.
+ Decide and communicate order priority and customer schedules, ensuring internal alignment and execution.
+ Maintain dashboards and trackers to provide visibility to internal stakeholders and customers.
+ Escalate risks and remove barriers to ensure project and delivery commitments are met.
+ Foster strong cross-functional relationships to keep all stakeholders aligned on customer priorities.
+ Travel 25% to visit customers and other IDEX sites

**Qualifications**
+ 5–8 years of program/project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field preferred.
+ Proven experience interfacing directly with customers in a program management or account execution role
+ Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
+ Proficiency in program management tools, project management software, ERP systems (JDE preferred), and dashboards/reporting
+ Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functionally across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality

**Total Rewards**
The compensation range for this position is $107,100.00 - $160,700.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
