It’s part of theCollege of Health and Human Sciences, and its programs are accredited by theCouncil on Social Work Education. Position Summary The Program Manager will support the Program Directors to manage the Colorado System of Care Workforce Capacity Center (CO- SOC WCC ), which will oversee certification, training, technical assistance, and fidelity monitoring for behavioral health providers within the Colorado System of Care. Opportunities for this position include: (i) working with Program Directors to create a statewide system that delivers intensive home-based treatment and behavioral health services for high-acuity youth and their families, (ii) managing the CO- SOC WCC with a network of university, state, and national behavioral health organizations; (iii) receiving mentorship from expert multi-disciplinary collaborators in the fields of social work, prevention science, and implementation science; and (iv) providing leadership in a transformative initiative that will have long-term impacts on youth and families in Colorado. Required Job Qualifications + Master’s degree in social work, psychology, public health, developmental science, or a related field + Three years of previous project management experience + Demonstrated ability to complete tasks on time + Strong leadership, communication, organizational, supervision, and management skills Preferred Job Qualifications + Prior experience working with community or state behavioral health organizations · + Familiarity with evidence-based services for high-acuity youth, such as High-Fidelity Wraparound ( HFW ), Functional Family Therapy ( FFT ), or Multisystemic Therapy ( MST ) · + Experience with managing projects across university, community, and state partners Essential Duties Job Duty CategoryProject Management Duty/Responsibility + Serve as Program Manager for the Colorado System of Care Workforce Capacity Center (CO- SOC WCC ) + Serve as Program Manager for the Colorado System of Care Workforce Capacity Center (CO- SOC WCC ) - + Act as primary contact point for internal and external partners - + Collaborate with University, state, and community partners to meet project goals + Ensure strong business relationship management + Facilitate project meetings, trainings, and events + Develop and implement CO- SOC WCC organizational, quality control, and quality assurance procedures and systems + Develop CO- SOC WCC standard operating protocol manuals, key activity plans, and other project planning/management tools + Maintain project documentation, tracking, and security of sensitive information + Monitor that all CO- SOC WCC procedures and protocols are being followed + Support development of data tracking system with contracted vendor + Support development of project website with contracted vendor + Present ideas for troubleshooting and testing of alternative procedures to the CO- SOC WCC team and state and community partners + Manage communication of project information, status, and key issues to the Program Directors and Health Care Policy & Financing ( HCPF ) and Behavioral Health Administration ( BHA ) partners + Refine procedures and systems to maximize organizational growth, efficiency, and team functioning + Present reports to HCPF and BHA and facilitate strategic planning sessions across the CO- SOC WCC + Manage completion and submission of annual reports, monthly summaries, and budget reports + Oversee project data collection, data entry, and management of electronic data records including protected health information + Other duties as assigned Percentage Of Time75% Job Duty CategorySupervision Duty/Responsibility + Serve as Supervisor for Program Coordinator and NWIC HFW Coaches + Support the hiring, training, and evaluation of CO- SOC WCC personnel including Program Coordinator and coaching positions + Develop onboarding procedures and materials for new CO- SOC WCC staff + Assign and supervise staff to implement protocols/procedures for deliverables + Assign and supervise staff in project data collection, data entry, and management of electronic data records including protected health information Percentage Of Time25% Application Details Special Instructions to Applicants Applicant materials should include: + Cover letter addressing each of the required and preferred qualifications + Current resume/CV + Contact information for three professional references.
