About the role: The Program Manager will lead and coordinate internal programs, primarily focused on AI foundations and data engineering initiatives, ensuring they align with Rev.io’s strategic objectives. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in managing complex, cross-functional projects, driving operational efficiency, and mentoring teams toward excellence.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and align strategic plans for programs that support Rev.io’s business goals.
+ Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring proper resource allocation and timely delivery.
+ Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, translating program goals into clear actions.
+ Identify and mitigate risks to ensure program success.
+ Oversee budgets, staffing, and operating plans to support program delivery.
+ Mentor and support program managers and team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
+ Utilize program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 3+ years of program or project management experience (higher levels require greater experience).
+ Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in technology-driven environments.
+ Strong communication, planning, and risk management skills.
+ Proficiency in program management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar).
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
