Requirements What you bring to the table: · Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience; or master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience to meet managerial expectations · Skilled in the development and implementation of product/program strategy and tactics · Experience in DoD contract management · Previous DoD business development experience · Experience in client delivery, specifically in Human Centered Design focused projects in challenging environments · Exceptional communication skills to relay issues, impacts, and corrective actions on programs to internal and external representatives · Previous DoD experience: in uniform, as a civilian, or as a contractor ·Must be a U.S. citizen and possess a DoD Secret, or higher, security clearance · Professional demeanor and cooperative spirit · Full-time on-site availability · Flexible approach to the changing nature or work.
