This position will be supporting contracts we possess across the Department of Defense. Job Description Our Program Manager will play an integral role by championing client needs, delivering exceptional work, and facilitating an unparalleled client experience. The Program Manager will nurture client relationships, handle client communications, write status reports, and regularly manage client projects. Program Managers also support client delivery as required, directing resources and focus on critical areas. Program Managers will also seek out business development opportunities and support business development efforts. Requirements What you bring to the table: · Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience; or master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience to meet managerial expectations · Skilled in the development and implementation of product/program strategy and tactics · Experience in DoD contract management · Previous DoD business development experience · Experience in client delivery, specifically in Human Centered Design focused projects in challenging environments · Exceptional communication skills to relay issues, impacts, and corrective actions on programs to internal and external representatives · Previous DoD experience: in uniform, as a civilian, or as a contractor ·Must be a U.S. citizen and possess a DoD Secret, or higher, security clearance · Professional demeanor and cooperative spirit · Full-time on-site availability · Flexible approach to the changing nature or work.
