Program Leadership & Delivery

Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs involving multiple products (e.g., Collatio® Loan Ops Automation, Auriga® Knowledge Intelligence, Concentio® Connected Construction). Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with product, engineering, and client teams. Oversee integration efforts with client environments, including ERP, CRM, and legacy systems.

 

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary liaison between Scry AI’s product teams, clients, and strategic partners. Facilitate regular status updates, executive briefings, and client steering committee meetings. Manage expectations, dependencies, and escalations across projects.

 

Operational Excellence

Implement project governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks. Ensure compliance with relevant standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, data privacy regulations). Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and optimizing delivery processes.

 

Technical & Product Alignment

Translate client needs into product requirements and collaborate with product managers for roadmap alignment. Oversee proof-of-value engagements and ensure smooth transition to operational deployment. Understand and communicate technical capabilities such as AI-based OCR, NLP, predictive analytics, and API integrations.
