Lead and manage multiple concurrent telecom projects from initiation through completion. Work extensively with government agencies to align project goals, obtain clearances, and ensure regulatory compliance. Serve as the key liaison between government clients and internal teams, translating requirements into clear tasks. Build strong relationships with government stakeholders and manage expectations at every project stage. Coordinate cross-functional project teams including site managers, field engineers, and subcontractors. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality metrics across all active projects. Identify project risks, handle escalations, and implement timely resolutions. Monitor and report project progress to senior leadership and government clients regularly. Ensure smooth field operations and on-site coordination with site personnel. Provide mentoring and oversight to project teams to maintain high-performance standards. Experience with GIS/location-based software projects is a strong plus.
