Join a fast-paced and collaborative IT environment as a Program Manager, where you’ll lead enterprise-level technology initiatives from end to end. This position plays a key role in aligning program goals with business strategy, managing agile teams, and coordinating cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution.
Responsibilities:Lead the full lifecycle of major technology programs, from kickoff through delivery and post-implementationTranslate strategic priorities into detailed delivery plans and synchronized sprint goalsFacilitate communication across leadership, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignmentImplement governance and risk mitigation strategies across all phases of the programMonitor budget, team performance, and KPIs to ensure value-driven outcomes Qualifications and Requirements:Required:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years in IT program/project management, including Agile experienceTrack record of delivering large-scale software development and integration programsStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsKnowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or KanbanPreferred:Master’s degree or PMP/PgMP certificationExperience managing vendor contracts and external partnershipsPrior background in the insurance or financial services sectors Work Authorization & Employment Status Requirement
