Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking an experienced Staff Solution Program Manager to lead the delivery of strategic programs using a structured approach to planning, execution, and control. This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to guide teams toward achieving franchise-level objectives. Responsibilities: * Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex system releases across Agile Solution Delivery trains * Develop and maintain integrated project plans, Gantt charts, and RAIDE registers * Lead program core team and steering committee meetings * Ensure compliance with validation procedures and regulatory standards * Collaborate with Agile teams during PI planning and assess impacts * Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
