Program Manager
**Koniag IT Systems, LLC,** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Program Manager to support KITS and our government customer in Washington, DC. This opportunity will require the candidate to work onsite in downtown Washington, DC, five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday. _This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity._ We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with company matching, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, three weeks paid time off, and more. **Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:** We are looking for a highly qualified, experienced, and self-motivated individual to perform the duties of a Program Manager to support a potential future business opportunity located in Washington, DC. The ideal Program Manager will: + Serve as the Transition Manager for the contract. + Be responsible for the quality and efficiency of all Task Orders, to include both technical issues and business processes. + Overall responsibility of the contract activities, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, staffing, and reporting status, deliverables, and schedules to the Government. + Assign taskings to Contractor personnel, supervise on-going technical efforts, and manage overall performance of all TOs issued under this BPA. + Be readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues. + Be required to be on-site in downtown Washington, DC, five (5) days per week. **Required Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Abilities:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant discipline or related field + Minimum of 10 years of experience in Program Management + With seven (7) or more years of relevant experience in an Enterprise IT environment of equal or greater size of USCP + Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification + Demonstrated ability to manage and control complex information technology architectures involving multiple disparate operating systems, databases, networks, communications subsystems, and managed services environments + History of supervising substantial operations encompassing user and network systems and integration; leading organizations with people of various job categories and skills + Knowledge of quality assurance practices, including customer satisfaction tracking, user complaint monitoring programs, and quality control programs + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present material to senior Government officials + Proven track record with manpower utilization, training, problem resolution, and employee relations (including teaming partners or subcontractors) + Established Government knowledge with various types of audits, such as Financial, Assessment, and Authorization **Requirements:** + Candidates must pass a Criminal Background check **Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy** The company is an equal opportunity employer.
