This role requires deep agile delivery expertise with the ability to both execute current program work and position for future contract growth and re-competes. The ideal candidate is a servant leader, strategic thinker, and organic growth driver able to recognize opportunity areas within and adjacent to their programs, grow team capacity, and build enduring client trust. As a program leader, the candidate brings expertise in structured project management and process methodologies, with a proven ability to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget. Skills and Requirements -Bachelors Degree in Business, communications, program management, or equivalent. -5+ years of experience managing Agile software development projects -Proven track record of leading Scrum teams, managing agile ceremonies, and delivering iterative, user-focused outcomes. -Demonstrated success growing program scope through modifications, new task orders, or personnel expansion. -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with federal clients. -Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural, or equivalent. -People-first leader with a demonstrated ability to hire, retain, and develop talent across disciplines. -Experience managing federal health programs -Knowledge of federal acquisition processes and experience partnering with BD/Capture teams. -Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMP-Agile). -Familiarity with FISMA, HIPAA, or Section 508 compliance requirements. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
