Job Description

As a strategic Program Manager, reporting to the Director, Transportation Trade Management Center of Excellence (COE), you will lead transformation projects across our warehouse and transportation operations. In this role, you will manage cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support our long-term business strategy. You will work with internal teams and external partners to implement new technologies, optimize processes, and drive change across the supply chain.

This is a hybrid role that can based out of our Milwaukee, WI, Mayfield Heights, OH or Whitestown, IN locations.

Your Responsibilities:Program Leadership:Lead strategic programs focused on transforming warehouse and transportation operationsAlign program goals with business objectives and supply chain strategyCoordinate teams across operations, IT, finance, procurement, and external vendorsStrategic Planning:Develop and maintain a transformation roadmap with clear milestones, deliverables, and success metricsIdentify opportunities for automation, digital enablement, and process optimizationPrioritize projects based on business impact, feasibility, and resource availabilityProject Execution:Manage full project lifecycles including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closureEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetTrack risks, resolve issues, and communicate progressProcess Improvement:Analyze current warehouse and transportation workflows to identify inefficienciesRecommend and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologiesStandardize best practices across facilities and teamsTechnology Integration:Support deployment of warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and automation toolsCollaborate with IT and vendors to ensure successful implementation and user adoptionEvaluate emerging technologies to enhance logistics performanceChange Management:Develop communication plans, training programs, and support structures to guide organizational changeFoster stakeholder engagement and build alignment across teamsMonitor adoption and adjust strategies to ensure long-term successPerformance Monitoring:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure progressAnalyze data to assess impact and identify areas for continuous improvementPresent outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Master's degree in a related field8+ years of experience in supply chain operations3+ years of experience in program or project managementExperience leading large-scale transformation programs in warehouse or transportation environmentsKnowledge of WMS, TMS, and logistics technologiesPMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certificationExperience with automation technologies such as robotics or AS/RSFamiliarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
