Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Program Manager who will be directly responsible for ensuring that the team generates and deliver consistently excellent player feedback to games teams. Responsibilities: * Coordinate research projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities * Present and explain research results, reports and findings to clients * Recruit research participants and ensure their engagement in franchise game research * Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals * Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain * Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures * Ensure action is taken on research outcomes by evangelizing and tracking outcomes committed to by product/games teams
