Program Manager
Title: Program Manager PROGRAM MANAGER This is a contingent position based upon contract award Who We Are This role is within KBR’s National Security Solutions division. Who You Are KBR seeks a Program Manager who, with broad autonomy, will lead the administrative and operational facets of one or more government services projects determined by customer needs and contractual obligations. This role demands a professional who has honed their skills over at least a decade in a management capacity, adept at navigating the complexities of project oversight and skilled at driving interdepartmental coordination to surpass review and approval benchmarks. Requirements: + Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance + Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any discipline from an accredited college or university + PMP Certification + Five (5) years of Program Management experience leading large programs (over 50 FTE of direct labor contractor personnel) Tasks include, but are not limited to: + Fully coordinate and collaborate on all tasks, activities, requirements, and issues as they pertain to the support of the Customer + Assist Staffing Manager in recruiting and maintaining staff who are properly trained, experienced and cleared to meet high priority positions. + Participate in PMRs and project reviews as requested + Identify issues and adapt program plans according to the Customer feedback on program cost, performance, and risks. + Develop plans and schedules, and define and document the implementation of requirements + Use established program management procedures to monitor cost, and performance; assess variances of the plan and take necessary corrective action. + Identify potential downstream issues that may negatively affect meeting requirements and provide recommendations to mitigate negative impacts + Manage customer expectations with proactive, consistent, and transparent communication. + Ensure continuity of support with contractor and subcontractor personnel changes + Work in close collaboration with CO and COTR on Program + Serve as a primary point of contact for formal discussion with the customer, including frequent customer interaction with the intent to sustain and improve customer satisfaction + Monitor cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs + Improve cost-effectiveness and efficiency BENEFITS KBR offers a best-in-class total compensation and benefits package including a 401k plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
