Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Program Manager to support strategic risk and compliance initiatives in preparation for 2026 audit readiness. This role will provide both strategic input and hands-on execution across critical areas including risk assessments, control validation, issue remediation recommendations, and audit preparation. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct and document risk assessments across business units and systems * Validate controls and recommend remediation strategies for identified issues * Support internal and external audit readiness activities, including evidence collection and gap analysis * Translate complex regulatory and compliance requirements into actionable plans * Evaluate inherent and residual risks and propose mitigation strategies * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of compliance issues * Lead projects independently from initiation through completion, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies * Provide strategic insights to improve risk posture and audit preparedness
