Program Manager
Adecco is currently assisting a well-known National Pharmaceutical client, recruiting for a Program Manager SHIFT: M- F 8-5 The anticipated wage for this position is $59. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. collaboration with clinical and quality leaders, the Program Manager manages the implementation and administration of population health programs development, supports the state strategic pillars, drives improvements in health outcomes, and strengthens operational initiatives that required under state contract, RFP, or other state/national standards. Reporting to Population Health Officer, the successful candidate will work directly with cross functional teams to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope, timeline and budget; coordinate with state, national and internal partners to ensure all programs are designed and delivered to meet goals, measures and outcomes with defined policies, procedures, workflow, training materials and reporting in accordance with corporate, state or other requirements. Responsibilities: • Work with clinical and quality leaders with new programs design. • Facilitate implementation of population health programs to support state strategic pillars and operational initiatives. • Coordinate cross-functional resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of programs. • Ensure that all programs are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. • Assist in the definition of program scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. • Develop a detailed program plan to monitor and track progress. • Measure program performance using appropriate tools and techniques. • Report and escalate to management as needed. • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. • Perform risk management to minimize program risks. • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. • Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation. • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each program. • Track program performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. • Develop comprehensive program plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. Requirement: This position requires a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in healthcare administration, nursing, public health or in a related area.
