Scope of Responsibility:
This position is responsible for effectively managing multiple projects from conception through completion, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Essential Duties:
Strong Customer Service -Maintaining Client relations with an eye to maintaining contracts and customer loyalty. Communicates directly with customer, purchasing agents, engineers, field supervisors, project managers, and vendors.Communicates directly with internal department personnel, i.e., Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Drafting, Production, Shipping, and Accounting.Acts as Clients advocate within the organization, maintaining client standards and project schedules.Coordinates and manages projects from design, procurement, drafting, fabrication and shipment.Assist in developing and maintaining reports and various schedules (i.e. monthly invoicing, major project activity, and daily job report).Tracks projects milestones to ensure on time project completionsMaintain an environment of continuous improvement. Continually evaluate & monitor the changing business environment and change current processes as necessary to effectively service the customer.Organizes and leads project meetings. Works with a Project Administrator. Works with Sales team to cultivate and maintain clients. Participate in offsite client meetings and dinners.Attend trade shows or conferences as requested by management.Other duties as assigned, directed, requested, or neededAdditional duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Associate or College Degree PreferredAt least five years of customer service experience and/or project management.Manufacturing and shipping knowledge preferred.Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.A self-motivated leader who can work effectively without direct supervisionKnowledgeable of the industry manufacturing needsGood personal organizationEffective verbal, nonverbal and written communication skillsBasic personal computer skills required: MS Project, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and database entryAble to work well with others throughout the companyMust be detail oriented.

Demonstrated ability to work with frequent interruptions in workflow and constantly changing prioritiesMust be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time with the ability to move throughout the office or outside manufacturing plant as neededMust be able to perform physical activities that require the use of fingers, hands, and arms, such as sitting, typing, using office equipment and reachingSome additional physical activities may require walking, stooping, bending, twisting and handling of materialsPosition requires manual dexterity, arm-hand steadiness, and a safety-minded individualMust have the ability to concentrate on tasks for long periods of time and be able to observe and receive information from all relevant sources
