**Program Manager – Engines & Power Systems**

Join a team of development program professionals to manage & lead primarily Honeywell Core development programs within the Engines & Power Systems SBU. You will work under direct supervision of the E&PS Program Director and partner with the Chief PM, Sales Channel/CBT, and GBE Product Owner to establish and baseline a scope/schedule/budget. You will be accountable to execute baselined development programs of moderate size to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating proficient-level program management skills in this leadership position. You will manage and lead development programs that may span several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. You must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of & drive on-time execution of the Honeywell IPDS phase gates.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Generate, implement program plans and business requirements within approved budget and schedule constraints
+ Define and implement the program-level Management Operating System (MOS)
+ Adhere to Honeywell Integrated Product Delivery and Support (IPDS) processes and Phase Gate rigor
+ Employ Program Management tools and development processes, including statement-of-work (SOW), work-breakdown- structure (WBS), basis-of-estimate (BOE) management, scope / requirements management, scheduling, and cost management
+ Execute on scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality demonstrating program management skills in the following areas:
+ Scheduling, including resource-loading and critical path analysis
+ SOW-thru-WBS-thru-BOE-thru-resourced Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
+ Earned Value Management
+ Financials (ex. RDE, spend, forecast, variance)
+ Risk Management (Identification & Mitigation)
+ Reporting / Reviews, and Communications
+ WBS Work Package level metric management, including CPI/SPI/EAC
+ Understand budget/schedule & programmatic details
+ Set high performance expectations; remove roadblocks to allow team to achieve
+ Present big-picture view of schedule & budget to team, stakeholders, & leaders
+ Summarize key issues & actions & drive closure
+ Partner with key functions like product management, business, PMO, engineering, certification, integrated supply chain, customer and product support, and other representation to understand, define, prioritize, status, and deliver upon requirements
+ Coordinate with Customer Business Teams and/or GBE to ensure their application programs are supported for technical performance, schedule, and cost requirements
+ Facilitate forecasting and capacity analysis related to delivery requirements
+ Establish and maintain the channels of communication to assure timely management awareness of program progress and issues
+ Present programmatic details, requirements, actions status to leadership, technical, and functional audiences
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ 6+ years of experience in program/project management or related roles
+ Proven track record of successfully delivering New Product Development projects on time and within budget
+ Strong project management and organizational skills
+ Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
+ Experience in risk management and problem-solving
+ Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
+ BS/BA/Master’s degree in engineering or business
+ Knowledge in Earned Value Management
+ Skills in cross functional leadership, collaboration, communication, and ability to influence
+ Ability to provide guidance & Coaching to peers and team members
+ High bias for action and integrative thinking skills.
+ Recognized leader for willingness to champion change in a rapidly evolving environment.
+ Ability to make sound and timely judgments in ambiguous environment.
+ PMP Certification
+ Understanding of Agile concepts & SAFe framework

+ Knowledge of requirements Management and Fulfillment; Planning / Estimation, including resource, material, capital, and other needs

+ Proven track record of establishing procedures, best practices, and associated compliance
+ PMP Certification
+ Understanding of Agile concepts & SAFe framework
