Program Manager
Job Description​

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and drive success across multiple large-scale projects and programs. This role requires strategic leadership in setting priorities, allocating resources, managing project teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment managing high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead and manage cross-functional programs and portfolios composed of multiple projects and subprojects.
•    Establish and manage program governance, infrastructure, and communication strategies.
•    Set priorities across project portfolios based on organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
•    Scope, plan, and track projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
•    Facilitate project teams and ensure efficient coordination and execution across departments.
•    Identify, assess, and mitigate program and project risks and issues.
•    Manage change effectively within projects and across portfolios.
•    Provide expert guidance and knowledge transfer related to project, program, and portfolio management.
•    Oversee staffing and organizational alignment to meet program and project goals.
•    Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to sponsors and stakeholders at defined tollgates.
•    Support sponsors in the evaluation and prioritization of new project and operational work proposals.
•    Contribute to the development of business and functional requirements, project charters, and detailed timelines.

Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
•    3-5 years of professional experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
•    Experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
•    Less than 2 years of direct supervisory experience (indirect team leadership experience acceptable).
•    Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Desired Skills
•    Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
•    Strong skills in project management methodologies: scope, budget, schedule, implementation, accounting, review, and reporting.
•    Experience with process validation planning and reporting.
•    Proficiency in technical writing and communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Ability to read and interpret technical documents and translate them into actionable project plans.
•    Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and executive reporting.
•    Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
