**DESCRIPTION**
Working closely with client partners, the Program Manager will work closely with client stakeholders and their partners, serving as a key point of contact for various activities and deliverables as described below to provide seamless support to their partners while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction within their sales channel. This client- facing role will also help support high impact initiatives to ensure timely delivery of client commitments to their partners. To be successful, you’ll need to partner with people from various areas, both internally and externally, so there is the need to be adept and effective as cross-functional communication and coordination with attention to the smallest detail. This role requires a great deal of flexibility and the desire to wear many hats.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Essential Functions:
1. Serve as program manager lead for deliverables as assigned by the client in support of their indirect sales distribution channel.
2. Manage site submission review process to ensure completeness and alignment with brand standards, information/document accuracy and collaborating with store design team as needed to obtain necessary reviews and approvals for new sites and ownership changes.
3. Drive brand approval processes: Review brand approvals for site submissions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely decisions and obtain necessary information for approvals
4. Manage SLA for store build, ensuring site submissions are complete and progress in a timely manner by conducting daily/weekly follow up with internal and external stakeholders
5. As directed, support channel activities including but not limited to prospecting for new locations, management of change additions or requests, merchandising, onboarding, site updates, regularly cadenced reporting, compliance assurance, processing of ownership changes, and cultivation of vendor partnerships across various disciplines within the channel.
6. Manage the reviews of store layouts by providing feedback and approving each layout while ensuring they meet brand standards while also meeting ADA guidelines
7. Act as a subject matter expert for all agents for any questions on store build, construction, tenant improvements as called out on store layout (floor plan)
8. Act as a key point of contact for dealers to address any urgent or unforeseen operational issues ("fire drills"), responding to the evolving needs of the business with agility and professionalism
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Work Experience Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as technology, consulting, or a start- up, preferably in a program management role
2. 3-5 years prior in wireless, in various distribution channels) and/or B2B preferred
3. Familiarity with retail store operations
4. Experience managing workflows, ensuring timely completion of tasks, communicating effectively with stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
1. Skilled with use of G-Suite as well as other web-based productivity tools
2. Understanding of processes involved in planning, designing, and constructing of retail stores
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
4. Experience ensuring adherence to brand standards and ADA compliance
5. Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
6. Willingness to wear multiple hats and eager to do what it takes to get the job done
7. Strong written and oral communication skills
8. Experience presenting, collaborating, and conveying ideas with diverse clients at all levels of their business, including executives
9. Motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty
10. Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
11. Thrives in a dynamic team environment
12. Effective communication and management of stakeholders including agents, vendors
13. Skills to analyze opportunities for efficiency improvements
