Program Manager
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Program Manager** to join our team in **Fort Meade, MD** . This is a **hybrid** position with 2-3 days per week onsite. This role will manage the Integrated Cyber Education, Development & Training (ICED-T) program at U.S. Cyber Command. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for all aspects of MANTECH’s performance under and the execution of the ICED-T contract. + Identify and define resources and schedule for project/program implementation. Ensure that staffing plan and team competencies meet mission requirements + Define project scope and objectives. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. + Conduct project meetings. Responsible for project tracking, analysis, and weekly reporting. + Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables. + Responsible for managing the program’s financials to include budget, forecast, profitability. + Responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvements, or enhancements to achieve cost savings, cost avoidance, or improvements to meet customer and mission goals. **Basic Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience in the management and control of complex cyber OCO/DCO training and exercise evaluations + 5+ years of experience with Instructional System Development (ISD) methodology + Must obtain Program Management Professional (PMP) certification prior to start **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field **Clearance Requirements:** + Must possess active TS/SCI clearance + Must be willing to obtain CI Polygraph **Physical Requirements:** + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. + Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
