Job Title: Program Manager Location: Denver, Colorado Type: 12 month Contract Compensation: $90.00 - $93.00 hourly Contractor Work Model: Hybrid- Onsite Tuesday–Thursday. Remote on Monday and Friday. Free on-site parking available. System One is currently seeking a Program Manager on a 12 month contract position located in Denver, CO. Program Manager Responsibilities: + This role supports the Gas side of the company, specifically the Transmission Project Management and Construction Management teams. + Oversee a portfolio of 150+ annual projects valued at $120 million and assist in aligning efforts across external vendors (engineering, construction, inspection, land rights) and internal teams + Performance tracking (financial, schedule, quality, and safety), scorecard/report creation, and portfolio-level reporting for leadership. + Pull and aggregate vendor data (cost, schedule, performance) + Create variance reports and performance scorecards + Interface with external vendors and internal PMs + Use Excel for complex functions (e.g., VLOOKUPS, formulas) + Pull reports from SAP + Report to executive leadership on portfolio progress Program Manager Requirements: + Advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.) + Data Analysis and report generation + Project tracking/portfolio management + ERP system familiarity (SAP preferred) + Strong written and verbal communication + 5-10 years in project controls, financial analysis, construction or utilities. + Some hands-on corporate or vendor interaction is strongly preferred.
