シスコシステムズは、ネットワーク技術を基盤としたグローバル企業として、世界中の企業や組織に製品を販売しています。その中で、私たちAPJCローカリゼーションチームは、アジア・日本・中国市場（APJC）向けに製品を展開する際の認証や規制対応などを含め、様々な支援をする役割を担っています。

 

【業務内容】

このポジションでは、日本市場向け製品展開におけるハードウェア製品認証プロセス全般をサポートする、以下の業務を担当していただきます：

 

認証プロセスの監督：米国本社のコンプライアンスチームが実施する認証取得作業をモニタリングし、必要に応じてサポート 認証情報の管理：取得済み認証の確認、最新情報の更新、データの整理および管理。 法規制への対応：法改正や制度変更に関する情報を収集し、本社や関連チームへ適切に共有。 問い合わせ対応：社内チームや販売パートナーからの認証に関する問い合わせ対応および問題解決の支援。 是正措置の調整：製品展開における課題や問題が発生した場合、関連チームと連携し解決策を実行。 外部とのコミュニケーション：管轄省庁や認証機関とのやり取りを通じた認証プロセスの円滑化。

 

【必須となる経験とスキル】

 

認証および規制の知識：VCCI、技適、PSEなど、日本国内の製品認証に関する基本的な知識と法規制の理解。 情報収集・整理能力：製品仕様や認証に関連する情報を調査し、明確にまとめるスキル。 コミュニケーション能力：戦略的かつ効果的なコミュニケーションスキル（文書および口頭）。 英語力：ビジネスレベルの英語スキル（読み書き、会話）。グローバルチームとスムーズに連携できる能力。

 

【望ましい経験とスキル】

認証プロセスの専門知識：製品認証に関する深い知識と、認証取得または管理プロセスに携わった経験。 官公庁との対応経験：認証機関や管轄省庁とのコミュニケーション経験がある方は尚歓迎。 プロセス改善スキル：複雑なプロセスを整理し、効率化を図る能力。 プロジェクトマネジメント経験：複数の関係者やチームを調整するためのプロジェクト管理スキル。
