For you, it’s all about the people. As a Program Manager for Global Records and Information Management, your impact on patient care is always top of mind.

The Global Records and Information Management (RIM) Program Manager will join the Global RIM team and support records and information management initiatives across Baxter. The position works with the Director, Records and Information Management and interacts with partners in all corporate functions and business segments.

What you'll be doingLead corporate program initiatives to ensure appropriate management, storage, and disposition of records in a manner consistent with legal and regulatory requirementsInterface with records owners and business leaders to provide guidance as needed on functional projects to incorporate RIM considerations into their processesProvide guidance with digital transformation needsOffer strategies and solutions for information lifecycle management for physical and electronic record compliance within assigned region and/or functional area.Implement and oversee the global offsite physical records storage protocolEnforce Global RIM policy and standardsDevelop and maintain RIM documentation (e.g., procedures, guidelines, job aids, forms, resource tools, project plans, metrics, standard processes)Initiate and coordinate periodic retention schedule updates, assist with conducting collaborator reviews, documenting feedback, tracking decisionsMonitor and provide records destruction oversightDeliver RIM training and awareness messaging and Develop training content for RIM-related topicsProvide Records Liaison/Records Coordinator oversight and guidanceWork closely with other Global RIM team members to advance the purposeful management of Baxter InformationProvide records management guidance during site closures, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures. Participate in determining goals and objectives for records management projectsWhat you'll bringBA/BS in Library Science, Business Administration, or other field with equivalent experienceCRM or IGPP certification preferred5+ years records management experienceSolid understanding of records management archiving databases, such as Open Text, Documentum, Content Manager, IBM FileNet, etc.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft M365 (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Teams)Solid attention to detail and documentationAbility to quickly assimilate knowledge of processes, frameworks, and technologiesStrong time management, organizational and priority setting skills.Ability to adapt readily to change in routine and to work across multiple areas.Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced and changing environment

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000.00 to $154,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location.
