Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading **Medical device** organization in the **Alameda, CA** for a **HR Program Manager** role to assist their team. This is an on-site role. **Industry:** **Medical device** **Title: HR** **Program Manager** **Pay Rate: $60-65/hr on W2** **Location:** **Alameda, CA** **Duration: 6 months contract with possible extension or hiring** **Job Description** : Projects will be related to increasing employee engagement, fully maximizing employee networks, consolidating diversity & inclusion efforts globally, and ad hoc projects as needed. Works with business and HR management to establish project goals, objectives and deliverables and executes accordingly. Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects working with department, management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance & personal execution to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget. Develops and executes a work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. Gathers & provides lessons learned from sponsor and stakeholders. Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support information to Project Team and Department manager. Coordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed. Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. At the department level or provides assistance to HR Business Partners on ad hoc requests. Make decisions that impact project level activities. Education and Experience: Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline. At least 3 yrs. experience in project management or human resources.
