Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager-related occupation. Position requires:

Lead and complete technical/engineering programs utilizing Confluence, JIRA, PPM Tool; Project management utilizing Agile methodology; Creates and executes new programs to aid progression of organization goals utilizing CPQ; Communicates progress/blockers with all stakeholders clearly and on time. Articulate technical concepts with non-technical resources utilizing Incident Management tools, Slack; Identifies process gaps and drives improvement with all stakeholders to optimize; Drive prioritization by wielding influence with all stakeholders to ensure business objective are met in a timely manner. Tools include DevOps; Technical and architectural layout/design to lead programs that best fit business needs; Collaborate with business partners to understand problems and envision solution to execute on utilizing Tableau; Automated reporting – generating daily and weekly reports for executive action utilizing JIRA/JQL, SQL; and End to End Product Testing to ensure delivered regions/products are customer ready. Repeatable testing standards via SCRUM, Kanban.
