2. Joinprojectkickoffmeetingtoclarifytheprojectdocumentationrequirements
3. Reviewallrequirementsfordocumentationincustomercontract
4. Communicate withcustomerstounderstandandmeetcustomerrequirement.
5. Workwithrelateddepartmentsandfactoriestogetallrequesteddocumentsandsolvethe comments raised by customer.
6. Prepareand submit document percontract orcustomerrequest (specialformat, cover, content, numbering, databook…)
7. Monitorthedocumentationprogresstoensureontimeschedule.
8. Maintaindocumentationrecords insharepoint
9. Followupwithcustomertoclosedocumentationretentionintime.
10. Completetheotherjobassignedbysupervisor/manager
