In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Program & Project Execution Develop, communicate, and implement detailed project plans. Align collaborators and team members by setting clear expectations. Define and document detailed customer and internal requirements, constraints, and deliverables. Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules. Governance & Change Management Establish governance standards across programs (tools, finance, reporting). Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost using formal change control processes. Facilitate customer acceptance and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date. Performance & Risk Management Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Identify and quantify variances; implement corrective actions as needed. Monitor and manage project risks, including mitigation strategies and prioritization. Document high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints using historical data and expert judgment. Team Leadership & Collaboration Build team cohesiveness through mentoring, training, and motivation. Develop and maintain constructive relationships with team members and functional managers. Resolve conflicts and facilitate consensus among collaborators. Strategic Alignment & Global Perspective Translate regulatory requirements into actionable workstreams. Track regulatory developments and ensure program alignment with timelines. Embrace cultural diversity and apply global awareness in decision-making. Influence global company processes for project and program management. Training & Standards Development Provide company-wide training on project management methodologies. Promote industry standards and enterprise guidelines. Contribute to the development and refinement of global project management techniques. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or related field 6+ years in project/program management, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or regulatory settings Strong project management skills and experience with large-scale initiatives Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities; proficiency in project planning tools Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills Willing to travel up to 25% Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: PMP or PgMP certification. Experience with EU regulatory frameworks (e.g., CE Marking, IEC 62443, NIS2, CRA). Familiarity with industrial automation or process instrumentation. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $94000-$153000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
