Program Manager – Key Corporate Accounts

We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for large-scale corporate accounts. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on operational oversight to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong relationships, managing complex processes, and proactively solving challenges.
What will you do?
Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned key accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship. Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels. Create comprehensive account plans that align with client objectives and company goals. Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights. Oversee order management and fulfillment processes in collaboration with customer service teams. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure availability. Track delivery processes and work closely with warehouse and transportation teams. Resolve operational issues promptly and implement process improvements. Manage technical requests from clients or internal teams. Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact client satisfaction. Handle and resolve complex customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.What do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in account management, program management, or client services. Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights. Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and driving growth.
