Program Manager – Engineering & Industrial Transformation

We’re looking for a Program Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to strategic engineering initiatives, automation, digitalization, robotics, vision control, and next‑generation manufacturing.

Here, you won’t just manage programs.
You’ll shape the way the entire site delivers engineering excellence.

What You Will DoLead large‑scale engineering programs, including automation roadmaps, digital transformation, robotics integration, and new product introductions.Build and structure the Project Management Office (PMO) with strong tools, methods, and governance.Coach project teams and ensure they operate within a clear and ambitious project framework.Define and update program management plans aligned with site and global strategies.Oversee all phases of the program lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, validation, and transition to routine operations.Track key performance indicators (SPI, CPI, safety, quality, cost, timelines).Ensure reliable reporting across forecasting, expenses, capitalization, and monthly cost allocation.Facilitate transparent communication with all stakeholders at plant and global level.Manage resource allocation (people and equipment).Oversee assembly, testing, commissioning, validation, and integration activities.Ensure proper management of project documentation (technical, financial, quality).

What You Will BringMaster’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering project/program management (pharma, food, life sciences, chemical…).Proven experience with automation, robotics, vision systems, packaging or material handling.Knowledge of infrastructure upgrades (PLC/SCADA).Strong understanding of project management (scope, planning, risk, integration); certifications are a plus.Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project or equivalent).Fluent English; intermediate French.
