Here’s What You Need Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Information System, Education, Business, or related field. 4 Years Relevant work experience in lieu of a degree required 3 Years Experience to include at least three years working with health IT applications, preferably with a focus on care solution applications and at least three years working with project management with a Bachelor’s degree required Proficient in Health IT systems and technologies, preference given to those with high understanding of virtual care solutions and their operational workflows. Project management skills, including experience with planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure successful delivery. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of conducting root cause analysis and recommending effective solutions. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across various departments and levels of leadership Skilled in data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards that inform decision-making. Ability to train and support end-users, providing clear guidance and resources for effective use of virtual care applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, enabling effective prioritization and management of multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to navigate challenging situations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.     What You Will Do Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of virtual care initiatives across multiple domains. Develop and maintain project documentation including scope, requirements, workflows, timelines, and risk mitigation plans. Track milestones, manage risks, and report progress to leadership. Support strategic planning and roadmap development for virtual care services. Facilitate collaboration across clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure alignment and adoption. Participate in virtual and in-person meetings to gather feedback and refine workflows.
