Job Description
Market Access Trade engages channel stakeholders to provide access to product, services and resources for an exceptional patient experience. The Trade Program Manager is responsible for supporting the Trade Program Solutions team with execution of channel contract initiatives, pharmacy program management, as well as data contracting for AbbVie’s portfolio. Trade Program Solutions engages and supports both Trade Account Executives and Marketing Strategists by tracking performance, managing resources and ensuring the programs are compliant and consistently delivered with high impact.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with field teams to draft, redline, and execute specialty and retail pharmacy Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Fee for Service (FFS) and data Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Services Agreements (MSAs) across therapeutic areas.Manage all SOWs through the Fair Market Value, redlining, negotiation, signature, purchase order, program implementation and invoice reconciliation/management processes, and maintain appropriate documentation through the ConTRAX contract management system.Manage agreements related to Advisory Boards and customer engagement events.Manage contract flow and prioritize based on program expirations, business needs, approval requirements and budget.Ensure the vendor is setup once contracts are executed, e.g., purchasing setup.Ensure adherence to all corporate and divisional compliance policies and guidelines.Monitors budgets through invoice reconciliation and supports forecasting of future business needs.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required. Legal/Paralegal experience is preferred.Minimum of 3 years of drafting and redlining contract experience with at least 2 years on the client side. Healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry preferred.Strong experience in drafting contracts and financial acumen.Highly proficient in word and excel.Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Demonstrated ability to be a consistent high-level contributor of multiple projects and processes.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
